About the job

As an Account Director, you are responsible for building and growing strategic, long-term relationships with our clients. You act as a senior advisor, ensuring that client relationships are commercially healthy, contribute to both business and societal brand goals, and grow sustainably year after year. You represent the full breadth of Home's services and lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellence in delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive commercial success across all client accounts and projects, including building accurate revenue forecasts.

  • Safeguard quality and consistency of client output in close collaboration with Strategy and Creative Directors.

  • Coach and support account managers in their professional development and well-being

  • Act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients on social-first marketing strategies and broader brand development at a C-level.

  • Identify and act on opportunities to proactively expand Home’s services within existing client partnerships and support new business efforts.

About you

  • You have at least 7 years of relevant experience in account management or client leadership roles within a creative or digital agency.

  • You have a proven track record of building and growing strategic client relationships.

  • You are a strategic thinker with strong business sense and a deep understanding of commercial operations

  • You are an inspiring team manager who fosters growth, ownership, and well-being within your team.

  • You have a deep understanding of social-first marketing and brand development.

  • You possess excellent communication skills and are confident in advising at C-level.
