About the job

As an Associate Creative Director, working alongside the ECD, you are responsible for overseeing the creative vision of Home, where inclusiveness and cultural relevance play a significant role.

About you

• You speak and write English and Dutch both fluently
• You have a passion for what's happening in culture, social media and creativity, and want to make an impact
• You are experienced in managing and inspiring a team
• You work alongside your creatives to create the best possible work
• You ensure that our creative standards are met
• You have 7+ experience as a creative during which you have worked for A clients on content and campaign level
• You've made work that has proven to make an impact
• You keep abreast of developments in the advertising field
• You understand and respect the inclusive way of working
