Brand & Culture Manager
At Home, we’re looking for a Brand & Culture Manager. Someone who will help strengthen and grow our agency brand and culture, both internally and externally.

About the job
We are looking for someone who can help us to further build the agency brand and culture. Both internally and externally. After more than 11 years in business, we know who we are and what we stand for. We have a clear mission and a set of core values. Furthermore we have created a lot of great work for leading A-brands and NGOs. Now we believe it’s time to share our story with a wider audience.
As our Brand & Culture manager you will make sure that we share and activate our story internally through events and team sessions, and externally through PR, our owned channels, events, and award shows. You’ll collaborate closely with the management team to define the yearly brand strategy, and partner with teams across the agency to execute it. For the culture activities you will also work closely with our HR & Talent manager.
About you
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
You believe in our mission and feel a strong connection to the work we do.
You know your way around the creative industry and have a solid network.
You speak and write both Dutch and English fluently.
You are proactive, well-organized, and communicate clearly and positively.
