Content Producer

At Home, we're looking for a Content Producer to join our team. You’ll be involved in every phase of content production.
You’ll help manage timelines, call sheets, and documentation, while learning to work with budgets and take responsibility on set to ensure smooth productions. You’ll also develop your creative problem-solving skills, adapt to changing needs, and maintain clear communication across teams and partners. W're looking for someone who is organized, has a hands-on mentality and is eager to grow in creative production.

About the job.

As a Content Producer, you're responsible for supporting the production process across pre-production, shoot and post-production phases. You work closely with the Producer, the creative team, and external partners to help bring ideas to life within budget, on time, and with attention to detail. You're learning to lead retainer and smaller-budget productions, and are hands-on in all stages of the process. You’re eager to understand the full scope of producing content, and you bring a proactive and resourceful attitude to every task.

About you

• You are a teamplayer with an open mindset and can do attitude

• You speak and write English and Dutch both fluently

• You understand and respect the inclusive way of working

• You are comfortable working with creative, freelancers and client

• You understand the process of campaign and content production

• You have strong communication skills and work well under pressure

• You have 1 to 3 years of work experience in a production role

• You hold a Dutch driver’s license or in the process of getting one

• You are comfortable working across multiple projects at once
