Freelance/Part-time Community Manager
As a Creative Community Manager, you are responsible for building, engaging, and growing vibrant brand communities. You combine creativity with strategic thinking to craft content that resonates with the target audience. You serve as the voice of the brand in online spaces, monitor ongoing conversations, and translate insights into meaningful community engagement. You also contribute to optimizing internal processes and guiding junior team members or freelancers when needed.

Responsibilities
Actively manage and grow brand communities across social platforms.
Create and publish engaging, brand-aligned content (copy, social posts, activations).
Monitor social media channels and trends to identify opportunities for real-time engagement.
Analyze community insights and translate findings into content and engagement optimizations.
Coordinate smaller projects and collaborate with external partners or other freelancers.
Support in refining and improving internal community management workflows.
Maintain a consistent and distinctive tone of voice for each brand.
Stay up to date with social-first formats, language, and platform developments.
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Qualifications and experience
2–4 years of experience in community management and/or content creation with a social-first approach.
Strong copywriting skills with a natural sense of tone of voice and audience engagement.
Experience with social analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Sprinklr, or native platform dashboards).
Familiarity with brand communications and community-led strategies.
Experience working with or guiding junior team members.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
