Senior Project Manager

At Home, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager. Someone who ensures our creative and social-first projects run smoothly from start to finish, making sure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are always on point.

About the job

As a Senior Project Manager, you are the process lead on creative and social-first projects. You plan, manage, and deliver campaigns and content from briefing to final delivery ensuring the right people are involved, processes run smoothly and the work meets both client expectations and our internal quality standards.

You’ll lead internal briefings, coordinate project phases, and act as the go-to person for project status, scope, and scheduling. You’ll collaborate closely with account managers and creative leads, communicate effectively with clients and external partners and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks to keep things moving.

About you

• You have 5 to 7 years of experience in project management within a creative, digital, or social agency.

• You’re familiar with working in cross-functional teams and managing multi-disciplinary projects independently.

• You’re proactive, organized, and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• You stay calm under pressure and always find solutions to challenges.

• You have an eye for detail and don't lose sight of the bigger picture.

• You’re skilled in using project management tools such as Monday, Teamwork, or Trello.

• You understand social-first production workflows.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Communication or a related field is a plus.
